Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) is an Arbitrum Orbit layer 2 operated by Robinhood. Gas is paid in ETH and costs fractions of a cent, blocks land in about 100 milliseconds, and there is no public mempool, so trades confirm first come first served. The headline feature is Robinhood's tokenized stock program: official stock tokens issued on chain, priced by Chainlink feeds, and tradeable in DeFi like any other ERC-20.
